A Golden Path Original

The health conversation you have been putting off having.

Tea and Vitals is a monthly gathering where a nurse joins Golden Path members over coffee and bagels. No appointment needed. No clinical environment. No forms to fill.

An open table where real questions get real answers.

Just an open table where the questions people have been carrying around — about a medication, a symptom, a worry they did not want to bother their doctor with — finally get a real answer from someone qualified to give one.

Tea and Vitals is not a clinic. It is not a screening. It is a conversation — over coffee and bagels, in your building's common room, with a registered nurse who is there specifically to listen and help you understand.

A registered nurse with community health experience.

Every Tea and Vitals session is led by a registered nurse who has been vetted by Golden Path and trained to our community care standard. They are not there to diagnose or prescribe — they are there to inform, to clarify, and to help you have better conversations with your own healthcare providers.

"We are not replacing your doctor. We are making sure you feel confident enough to talk to them."

The ones you have been carrying around for months.

"I have been taking this medication for three months and I am not sure it is working — is that normal?
"My doctor mentioned my blood pressure was a little high. What does that actually mean day to day?
"I have had this pain in my knee for a few weeks. Should I be worried?
"What is the difference between a physiotherapist and a chiropractor for my back?
"I have been feeling more tired than usual. What questions should I be asking my doctor?
"My prescription changed and the pharmacist explained it quickly — can you help me understand it?
